These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of the applications and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by TUKURU LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through the Shopify App Store and other channels.

By installing the Service on a Shopify store or otherwise using the Service, you (“User”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

Article 1 (Applicability)

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships related to the provision and use of the Service.
  2. If we establish individual agreements, guidelines, policies, or other rules regarding the Service separate from these Terms (collectively, “Individual Rules”), such Individual Rules shall constitute a part of these Terms.
  3. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Individual Rules, the Individual Rules shall prevail.

Article 2 (Definitions)

For purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  1. “Shopify” means the e-commerce platform and related services provided by Shopify Inc.
  2. “Shopify Store” means an online store built on Shopify.
  3. “User” means any individual or legal entity that installs or uses the Service after agreeing to these Terms.
  4. “Service” means the Shopify applications provided by us through the Shopify App Store (https://apps.shopify.com/) or other methods designated by us, and all related features and support (including any modifications, updates, or successor services).
  5. “Intellectual Property Rights” means copyrights, patents, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights, know-how, and any other intellectual property rights, including the right to apply for or register such rights.

Article 3 (Relationship with Shopify Agreements)

  1. The Service is provided as an application operating on the Shopify platform. Users must enter into and maintain a valid agreement with Shopify prior to using the Service.
  2. Any contractual relationship related to Shopify (including its terms of service, fees, and support) exists solely between the User and Shopify Inc., and we are not a party thereto.
  3. Any disputes or issues arising between the User and Shopify Inc. shall be resolved at the User’s own responsibility and expense, and we shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.
